Merlot 82%, Cabernet Sauvignon 13%, Cabernet Franc 4%, Pressac (Malbec) 1%.
Discovered in a degustation after a “scientific oenology” talk by Denis Dubourdieu (now Oenologie faculty, “laboratoire d’oenologie générale” and “Institut des sciences de la vigne et du vin” head, Bordeaux) at the university of Geneva (one of the most “popular” talk I’ve ever seen! as the degustation was part of the talk…): strong smoky nose, chocolaty, fruity palate!...
